i'm curious about the difference in bioavailibility of the 'tren' compound in the dermal vs. the oral? what's the beneift of the dermal over using 1-T and the oral methyldienolone?

i've used methyldienolone a few years ago and thought it was a nice mild ph that didnt shut me down too hard like superdrol or tear up my guts like M1T.

Estra-4,9-diene-3,17-dione (19-Norandrosta-4,9-diene-3,17-dione) is what most people are selling these days, which converts to dienolone. Its non-methylated, so I cant imagine the oral absorption being any better than 8% based on the molecular structure.

Im actually not sure if methylated dienolone is still available (or legal), but eitherway, it would be harder on the liver than the above variety.

If you have the skin of an elephant, and only absorb 20% of the topical that’s still over 200% better than oral 19-Norandrosta-4,9-diene-3,17-dione. We estimate that most guys are getting about 35% absorbed over a 24hr period though… so the 81mg of our "TREN" taken topically is probably comparable to about 200-300mg taken orally.

Well actually 8% is not bad for an oral non-methylated compound. It’s the same oral absorption that 1-AD and 1-Testosterone got and they all produced great results as orals.

Besides, Estra-4,9-diene-3,17-dione is obviously effective as an oral… plenty of anecdotes have established that. Im just trying to explain the dose chosen for our 1-T TREN.
