ok i have been working out for years and didnt know what i was doing thru high school and have always been chubby until the past year or so when i took the initiiative to do things right with dieting and cardio. Once i lost a decent amount of weight i started running cycled to focus on muscle and hardness. still have some xtra flab but would say i made great progress in the past 12 months however looking to drop body fat percentage . current stats are 5'11 and weighing in about 215 - 218 fluctuating continiously. im around 23% bf which i consider high but no where near where i was. last year this time i was around 250 and dropped to 201 in dieting and cardio then put on an additional 15 thru mostly muscle and lifitng. my short term goal is to reach about 15 ro 18% bf so id like to cut about 7 percent and would liek to keep a leen hard look not bulky. my diet usually consist of very low carb form when i was dieting. i am a disciplined eater i jsut need to know what to follow as a diet plan. for osing weight i just used a high protein low carb diet but im starting to realzed to cutting bf while training and cycling i need to tweak this so any diet help would be great. i currenty am in the gym 5 days a week with 20 to 30 min of cardio at least 4 of those days if not all 5. i work abs lightly every day to get rid of the flab on sides. and other than that i focus on one muscle area to work out session. my current previosu winter cycle was eq test E and tren ace which went veryy well with adding some muscle to my body and tren worked wonders for leaning me out. now comign into the usmmer i am runing Test cyo, Masteron and i am running winnie now but replacing it with var for hte summer although the winnie has gotten me tighter than usual. so whati need is a good diet plan to follow for cutting bf %. any and all critisism on cycle or diet is appreciated.

There is a difference between eating clean and eating perfect. If your body has come to a sticking point, then its time to either cut cals, up the cardio, clean up a bit more, or all of the above. To get down to 15% should be nothing more than adding more cardio. 45 minutes 4-5 days a week, first thing in the am on an empty stomach as well as maybe an ECA stack will do wonders. No need for the sit ups yet. Your core gets enough work from free weight movements and sit ups do nothing for fat loss.

Something worth considering.

As to a diet if you sign up at TBC we can plan out a specific diet for your needs.
