Every morning before breakfast..do cardio.. low-moderate intensity for a minimum of 30 minutes. If you can't handle 30 continuous minutes then start with 20.. your goal is to go 45-60 minutes continously.
At your size I would suggest elipticals or swimming. If you don't have access to those then light jogging.
After this cardio session eat breakfast.. something clean with a fruit.. nothing big like the average bodybuilder is eating for breakfast. I would suggest Egg whites, small fruit, serving of wheat thins/crackers. This is very low in calories but provides you with protein, an insulin spike to shuttle nutrients, and some complex carbs to refuel after your workout. * You should keep track of your diet intake everyday, making sure that you are burning more calories than you are taking in. One pound of fat is 3500 calories worth of energy.. so dropping fat the proper/safe way would be cutting 500 calories out of your current diet and/or burning 500 calories in an exercise session and while maintaing a low cal diet you can burn up to a pound of fat every 7 days. good luck

Good advice younggun.
There are some supplements you can take along with your cardio and nutrition to further increase the burning of adipose tissue as well but fasted cardio is a great way to start.

Thanks Access, In response to your comment I would imagine an EC stack may supplement him out nicely. Hope he is reading our advice....
