It is a teaming of myself and BigBench as a means to work with guys (and gals) on achieving their bodybuilding and fitness goals. It was born out of necessity from the continuous stream of enquiries we get to assist individuals on a more personal level. Both BB and I do this outside of the boards but we decided to join forces and collaborate our efforts in developing a web presence which would enable us to reach out to anyone who wished to work with us.

It can be as simple as a structured diet for bulking or cutting, a scheduled training routine, complete cycle design and PCT or a combination of all of these completely dependent upon your specific needs. One thing I will say to any new people on this board who may be interested, these two bro's are hands down two of the most knowledgable people regarding these subjects and I 100% endorse their new venture!!...No, I am not affiliated nor have any reason to say this other than my own experiences dealing with both Access and BigBench.....I know first hand of some people who come on sites and start selling their products/programs without first having a rep (Remember Future??...lol).....what is different here, imo, is that these guys have been here forever and have PROVEN their knowledge and commitment to all of us...so, I would say if anyone is interested, I would personally vouch for their knowledge and REAL interest in helping...you can't lose....peace

i admit that i was skeptical about TBC at first: i wondered what i'd get for my money, plain and simple. i was like ' who are these guys, really, and is the service going to be good?'.
i took a 'gamble' on it, and w/ in a coupla days was stoked i had. this is personalized service from someone who has a lot of working knowledge. a little farther down the road now and i'm still stoked.
it's like this: i'm smart enough to fix my car if i need to, but i'd rather leave it to the people who are experts at it - it saves me time and stress. yes, i do my reading on the forums, but i wanted some guidance and have gotten it. good stuff...

mos def. the props are deserved; i don't give them out lightly.

training hard takes a guy to a certain level, but training smart takes him to the next level. the trap is that even if we train ourselves using some smarts, an expert can come in and dial that way up - they have a knowledge-base and a perspective that we can't easily get(or get at all in the case of an outside perspective). so, TBC is a natural evolution along those lines.
even so, the idea of an on-line trainer/coach was weird. especially, in my case where i've got my trainers and coaches in-person already. the on-line thing w/ Access has added a huge piece to my gig though. the internet is progressing the world in ways that i never would've guessed, and this is an extension of that. big ups
